Garcinia Cambogia is the extract of the tamarind plant. Tamarind isn't used so much in western cookery. But it's a popular flavour on the Indian subcontinent.
What's interesting about those that eat tamarind is that they tend to be the slimmest and the healthiest. When British missionaries went to India in the 1930s, they couldn't help noticing how robust they all were. And they hadn't heard of such a thing as fitness.
But does Garcinia Cambogia work? There are certainly strong arguments in favour of its potency, especially in animal studies. So it’s no wonder that it’s become a popular supplement for dealing with stubborn fat that won’t shift.
Green tea has long been associated with health benefits. In the last couple of years, yet more interesting information has emerged. It turns out green tea is excellent at maintaining arterial health.

That's important because arterial health can decrease over time. The cells start to die away after age 30 on a Western diet. And so by the time most people are 60, their arteries are of poor shape. But green tea keeps arteries healthy for longer.
Matcha is just ground up tea leaves. But many consider it to be even more potent than green tea. You don't merely steep the leaves in water; you consume the whole leaf.
Thus, it's likely that it too will improve your arterial health and increase your ability to perform.
Acai Berry Powder
Acai berries became famous overnight. That was partly because they have a very high level of antioxidants. And it was partly because they are frightfully expensive.
But berries have been in the news lately. It turns out that they are excellent at aiding in muscle recovery. Berries seems to reduce soreness in muscles after hard training. And that means that athletes can get back on their feet sooner.
Acai berry powder may well be a concentrated version of whatever makes berries a recovery aid.

It was recently discovered that fenugreek can improve aerobic performance. And it does it in quite an extraordinary way.
Scientists have discovered that fenugreek actually increases the efficiency with which cells use oxygen. Cells exposed to fenugreek are actually able to do more work on the same amount of oxygen; something thought to be impossible.

That means that just by taking a fenugreek supplement, you can expect around a 10% boost in performance. It's quite a remarkable discovery.
